Superflex Group Course ages 6-8

The Superflex course uses a superhero theme to teach kids skills such as flexible thinking, self-control, how to be part of a group, and social awareness. We learn about fun characters, including Superflex, and his enemies, the Unthinkables. Each Unthinkable represents a different social-emotional challenge, such as impulsivity, distraction, or anxiety. Children learn how to use their own “Superflexible” thinking to defeat the Unthinkables and improve their skills. The program includes a variety of activities, games, and visual aids to engage children and reinforce the concepts they learn. Supervised by a registered Psychotherapist.

• There are 12 lessons to complete
• Max group size is 6 participants

2. March 24th, 2027, Wednesdays, until June 9th, 2027 (Please register by March 3, 2027)
