Third Annual EAGC Summer Outing, Jock Younie Trophy & EA Order of Merit

The Edinburgh Academy students and the Edinburgh Academical Golf Club play annually for the Jock Younie Trophy (in honour of Jock Younie EA 1968-80).

Two years ago, we expanded this beloved event by combining it with the EAGC Summer Outing and The Edinburgh Academy’s Order of Merit, creating an exceptional day where students, EAGC members, and golf loving Accies come together for an unforgettable experience. It truly lived up to expectations and more, being enjoyed by everyone, whether playing or cheering. Following its great success, we are pleased to hold it again this year on Sunday 21 June! There will be a barbeque to enjoy after the event as awards are handed out.

If you would like to join us on the 21st of June, please register your interest today using the link. Your registration will help us develop the programme further, such as the timing and the cost. We will then be back in contact to confirm times, teams and the cost of the day. The event is scheduled to begin at 9am, but this is provisional. We will confirm the final timings closer to the date.
