Lauriston Agroecology Farm

Lauriston Agroecology Farm is a large urban farm, growing food for people and wildlife in north Edinburgh. It’s an exciting place where we have a real chance to make a difference through food. The farm is run by a small workers’ co-operative called Edinburgh Agroecology Co-op. We have growers running a market garden for the local area, and community allotments where people can grow their own food. We are making space for wildlife, and have planted over 12,000 tree and hedgerow saplings. The farm is for the benefit of the community, and you can get involved. We run events, courses, workshops and volunteering opportunities all year round.

We run a mix of free and sliding scale events. Solidarity pricing means people who can afford to contribute more support us to provide discounted and free spaces for those who need them. Any income we make funds more work at the farm.
