Join us for this fantastic hands-on day, exploring the most contemporary amalgam free teaching on the management of deep dental caries and fractured teeth. We will practice the protocols involved with the correct identification, diagnosis, documentation, and minimally invasive restoration of some of the challenging scenarios faced. We will also cover the use of isolation, matrices, use of base materials, composite resins, including bulk fills and much more. All delegates will receive a free composite starter kit.

Dr Hussein S Patanwala (Nasser)
Nasser was a Clinical Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry and Head of Firm for 5th BDS at the University of Birmingham, School of Dentistry for 16 years. He is one of only a few clinicians to hold memberships to three faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons London and having spent his early career in Boston working in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. He completed restorative training at the world renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute spends the majority of his time as owner and Clinical Lead of two well respected dental clinics in Birmingham and Sutton Coldfield. He also sits on the undergraduate admissions panel for the University of Birmingham. As well as his work with undergraduates he lecturers internationally to post graduate students in adhesive and minimal intervention dentistry. Recently Nasser joined a select group of clinicians graduating with a Masters in Advanced Minimum Intervention Dentistry from King’s College London. He is a Key Opinion Leader for some of world's leading dental manufacturers developing their future dental materials.
Nasser is an experienced and popular educator in both undergraduate and post graduate practical dentistry. He has a welcoming, relaxed and supportive style of teaching that allows delegates of all experience levels to get the most out the courses they attend. He aims to support the delegates through further teaching and network after the course has finished. Many of his former students return to help him deliver the most up-to-date courses.
