Eigg's first-ever film festival is all about the birds!
We are selling the full festival passes - and some of the events taking place in the community hall - first.
Individual tickets for events happening in the CineMor77 yurt - which is much smaller than the hall - will be released on Monday, 16th March.
To ensure we know how many tickets we have left for each film, we're asking those who have booked the four-day pass to choose which films they want to see. Once you've bought your pass, we'll send you a list to choose from. That way, everyone gets to see what they want and (in theory) we won't have more audience than we have seats for. If when you get to Eigg, you want to see something you haven't chosen, we hope to offer spare tickets available on the day.
One other thing! The Messenger will be shown in Eigg's Community Hall. It's much bigger, so LOTS of tickets for that will be available from the start. You can also book tickets for the walks, talks, music, workshops and sail now!
We share our beautiful island with some incredible birds; what better inspiration for Eigg's first Film Festival. Enjoy films about birdwatchers and bird savers, bird behaviour and migration. Explore our relationship with birds and the impact we have on them. Or simply marvel at their beauty captured on film.
We hope you have a wonderful time
Best wishes, from the Eigg Film Festival volunteers
