Eight Ounce Coffee is thrilled to announce the inaugural Canadian Hario V60 Brewers Cup! Get ready for the V60 Showdown at the Eight Ounce HQ, where Canada's top V60 brewers will go head-to-head in a skillful & celebratory showdown with a lively cowboy theme to cotinue the Calgary Stampede. This isn't just any competition – it's your chance to etch your name in Canadian coffee history and claim the most incredible prize: a trip to SCAJ 2025 in Japan to compete in the Hario V60 Brewers Cup World Championship in September!

When: July 17th, doors open at 6:00 PM

Where: Eight Ounce Coffee HQ, Calgary, AB

Entry Fee: Just $30 CAD (includes all competition coffee and provided gear!)
Registration: Will be available on July 5, 9:00am Mountain Time (MT). 25 Competitor slots will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Waitlist: In the event that all competition spots are filled, a waitlist will be established. If a registered competitor withdraws, participants on the waitlist will be contacted in order of their registration time to fill the open spot.

Refund Policy: The $30 CAD participation fee is non-refundable once paid, except in the unlikely event that Eight Ounce Coffee is forced to cancel the entire competition. This policy ensures competitor commitment and helps cover initial event costs
