Get an inside look at exceptional green coffee sourcing alongside Apex Coffee Imports! We are thrilled to welcome a special guest Ethiopian exporter joining us live to share origin insights, sourcing stories, and co-host an exclusive cupping of their Grade 1 Ethiopian washed coffees.

• Where: Space 3010 Annex at Eight Ounce HQ (3010 Portland Street SE)
• What to Expect: Join Jeff Fleming (Apex Coffee Imports), our visiting Zelalem Girma Bayou (Ethio Catalyst), and the Eight Ounce team for an origin presentation and guided cupping.
  
  📍 Location Note: This cupping takes place in our private Space 3010 Annex, separate from the Stronghold Roasting Championship judging and Canadian AeroPress Championship at HQ. Follow directional signage upon arrival!
