Earth Altar Gathering

Join us for a nurturing community gathering where we reconnect with the Earth and ourselves.

Together we will create a beautiful shared Earth Altar using natural treasures such as shells, crystals, stones, flowers, leaves and found objects from nature. We may go on a short walk to collect some items to add to the altar too💫

Earth Altars are a way to show gratitude to our beautiful Earth and to create a ripple effect of love all over our planet.🌸

Together we will be guided through a grounding meditation to start our day. This will be focused on connecting to the earth and really deepening our connection with our own inner wisdom too.

Lastly we will be finishing the day with a sound bath 🤍surrounded by nature. Not only giving ourselves the chance to settle down and reconnect with our inner peace.

But a chance to play in gratitude to Nature giving thanks with a mini sound bath concert in honour of the Earth🌍✨

The event will take place in Sefton Park to the left of the Palm House by the picnic tables✨

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket to feel cosy during the sound bath🐚

Also if you would like to bring your own flowers, shells, leaves or any our natural treasure to add to the altar, that would be amazing. The more the merrier🌿
