Simply Dylan is the brainchild of John O'Connell. His band’s precise playing and lovingly-crafted renditions of Bob Dylan's work from the 1970s onwards have gathered momentum and generated incredible interest from modest origins as a project recognising Dylan's 70th Birthday in 2011.

Their full band tours take in some of the most prestigious venues in the land – from The Lowry in Salford to Liverpool Royal Philharmonic to the Glasshouse in Gateshead.

They’ve also sold out the Cavern Club multiple times, received fantastic reviews for their international tours and opened up the Isle of Wight Festival on the Big Top Stage.

We’re bringing the acoustic version of the show to the Cathedral, featuring a super-talented multi-instrumentalist 4-piece band that includes violin, sax, acoustic guitar, banjo, mandolin, harmonica, electric guitar and soul-stirring vocal harmonies.
