THE CONCEPT

Electro Chalet is a truly unique experience where you get everything included in the price of the ticket, including accommodation, breakfast and dinner plus snacks, soft and alcoholic beverages, great music line up on two floors plus day rave on the terrasse, and much much more. The event is not commercial but fully community driven where everyone can express themselves as they want, whether it’s through music, art, costumes, workshops, etc.
We have set the gold standard of Swiss chalet parties by combining the beautiful Swiss outdoors and with a top-notch underground dance party.

We rent out a massive chalet in the beautiful Zweisimmen / Gstaad area and turn it into a mini-music festival. It is a fun filled weekend with friends in which you can do a diverse set of activities during the day including mountain biking, hiking, climbing and spa while dancing the night away to some of the finest music electronic found in Switzerland. By friends for friends.

FLOORS
- The Cellar - Mainfloor in the basement with Sam`s Bar and visuals from Pixelwerfer and KV2 sound system
- The Jungle - Second floor upstairs with the famous Help Yourself Bar
- The Terrace - Outside floor during the day (hopefully good weather)

LOCATION AND ACCOMMONDATION
We have rented out a big house in the mountains (Musikhaus Zweisimmen) just for us. It`s in the middle of Zweisimmen next to the train station.
The chalet is located right at the foot of a Gstaad area and with quick access to the mountains with Gstaad and Abelboden resorts close by.

You can easily get there by public transport (3 min walk from the train station Zweisimmen) or by car (there are 15+ parking spots). Its around 2 hours drive from Zürich or Basel and 1 hour from Bern.

TICKETS
We tried to make it cheap as possible and include everything. The tickets start at 280 CHF (Fri to Sun) or 160 CHF (1 day Fri or Sat) includes:

➤ 2 nights accommodation in the chalet incl. final cleaning
➤ Food, drinks and snacks for whole weekend
➤ Unlimited drinks (24/7 open bar) - Soft drinks, Liquor, wine, beer, mixed drinks, etc
➤ 3 Electronic music stages
➤ Workshops (e.g. wine tasting, rum tasting, yoga, etc)
➤ Gstaad-Card (free local public transport, special tours in the area, discounts, etc)
➤ Lots of other goodies included

You are also free to stay outside the chalet and join just for the drinks, dinners and party, in which case the tickets are 180 CHF/person.
We highly recommend you buy your tickets as soon as possible as you will get preference in room selection (e.g. couple rooms).

➤ Full Chalet Pass - All inclusive with accommodation (Fri - Sun) – Total 280 CHF
➤ All Days Chalet Pass - All inclusive with no accommodation (Fri - Sun) - Total - 180 CHF
➤ One Day Chalet Pass - All inclusive with accommodation (Fri or Sat) - Total 160 CHF

Payment: If possible, please pay with Twint. Thanks. Additional fees apply for credit card payments, which will be passed on to you.

ROOMS
There are different room sizes available on different floors. There are rooms with 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 beds. Room allocation will be based on the time of ticket purchase. If you come as a groupe let us know that when you buy the ticket and if you like to have a own room with your friends. We try to plan everything as pleasantly as possible for everyone.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you decide to cancel your ticket before 1. October 2025: You'll receive a full-refund minus Fr. 30.- (Transaction charges & Administration costs).
Refund up to 50% between 1. October and 6. November 2025.
Resale of tickets is only possible in consultation with the organiser.

Friday - 7th November
5 pm onwards – Check in
6.30 pm - Apéro and welcome drink
7.30 -10 pm – Dinner (Pasta Buffet)
9 -11 pm - Workshops (e.g. Whiskey tasting, glitter o`clock)
10 pm onwards – DJ Sets all night long

Saturday - 8th November
9 am onwards – Breakfast included Crepes
1 pm – Day rave / Outdoor activities
7 – 9 pm – Swiss Chalet Dinner (Fondue)
9 pm - Workshops (e.g. workshops, glitter o`clock,)
10 pm onwards – DJ Sets all night long

Sunday - 9th November
9 am onwards – Breakfast
12 pm – Check out Rooms

MUSIC
This year we have recruited some top-notch local DJ talents to take the chalet party to the next level. The music will be a mix of techno, tech-house, house and progressive - all based on the preference of the crowd. Our confirmed all star line-up will be announced soon.
Electro Chalet also offers a space for upcoming DJ talents to showcase their music, please contact me if you are interested in playing on Jungle or Terrace stages - Line up for this year is full.
