Come and join us to experience the relaxing, calming and healing power of a sound bath in nature at the beautiful Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park

No previous experience needed

Wear loose and comfortable clothes
Bring a yoga mat (if you have one) a blanket and a pillow

The vibrational nature of sound works at a cellular level to heal, calm and relax the physical and emotional body 

You will be bathed in gentle, layered frequencies, guiding your nervous system from fight-or-flight into rest-and-repair—melting tension, calming busy thoughts, supporting deeper sleep and emotional balance

What to expect:

• A friendly, inclusive, welcoming space

• To be bathed in the tones of the Symphonic Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Chinese Wing Gong, Shamanic Drum and more

• Gather for refreshments at the end, before heading off for your weekend

Good to know:

• Not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy or those with a pacemaker.  For any health related questions please contact Amanda

• Bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag or blanket and a pillow
• Wear layers to regulate your temperature
• An eye mask is great for extra comfort
