10.30am - 12: Natural Spirituality Circle 

12 - 1: Lunch Break, bring and sharing fruit or snacks is encouraged; often soup or salad is provided. A communal plant-based kitchen, lounge and garden is available.

1pm - 2.30pm: Natural Song Circle

Natural Spirituality Circles

Spiritual practices, perceptions and perspectives shared in an inclusive space. 

We'll hear from a guest speaker/sharer then have the opportunity to query and reflect. 

Our guest speaker for August is Giorgia from Lucid Mind Hypnotherapy, who will be sharing insights and experiences from her work in the sphere of conscious dreaming.

Facilitated by Sami, Spiritual Curator at Elephant Rooms, supporting inclusive spirituality.

All you need to join this circle is an openness to explore natural, person-centred spirituality in a non-judgemental, compassionate, inclusive setting. 

Attendance is an agreement to create a welcoming space by active listening and following a few ground rules: no prejudice, no proselytising, no pedestalling.

Natural Song Circles

Nurture your natural sound and enjoy the benefits of collective voices in these sessions combining gentle vocal warming, simple songs and wordless sounds.

An encouraging space for anyone looking to explore the natural landscape of the voice as a personal and collective healing instrument, play creatively with circle songs and feel the beneficial resonance of group song.

Facilitated by Sami, who is passionate about the portal of the voice for self reflection, unity and collective expression. 

No singing experience or ability is needed to join this circle, just an open mind, and a heart to hear (self and others) with compassionate curiosity.
