Interrupted Souls: Studio Sharing

Join Eliot Smith Dance for an intimate studio sharing of Interrupted Souls at Dance City, Newcastle.

Internationally recognised dancer Lorenzo Pagano, Guest Principal Artist with the Martha Graham Dance Company, returns to Newcastle to restage Interrupted Souls on Eliot Smith. The work was originally commissioned by Eliot Smith Dance and premiered by Smith in 2016, and this studio session offers a rare opportunity to witness the piece being revisited and explored in rehearsal.

This informal sharing provides audiences with a glimpse into the creative and rehearsal process, followed by a short Q&A with Lorenzo Pagano and Eliot Smith, offering insight into the work and their artistic collaboration.
