APRIL 9 – KNOW YOUR NUMBERS

Financial goals are the most common to set, but not necessarily to achieve. There are 3 keys to meeting and exceeding the goal: 

1. Knowledge. There are lots of numbers floating around in your management system and QuickBooks. Do you know which ones are the most important to monitor consistently? 
2. Teamwork. You're not alone in your business! When your team knows the goal, knows the plan to reach it, understands the numbers and sees the progress, big things are going to happen. 
3. An action plan. Antoine de Saint-Exupéry said, 'A goal without a plan is just a wish.' It's time to give your financial goals the fuel they need with an action plan customized for your business!
