ECG World Tour - Africa 2026 - REGISTRATION

This is the temporary registration page for ECG World Tours - Africa Edition 2026.  

The booking link will go live at 12pm (est) November 7th

Please Note:

• This is on a 1st come 1st served basis.
  
• You can only have 1 room in your name.
• If you have a roommate(s) only 1 person in your room can register for a room.  If roommate(s) book more than 1 room and we have to combine your room at a later date there will be a $50 fee to combine your room.

To Book Your Room:

Step #1 -

• You will select your room by Package #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, & #7 and pay your $500 or $600 deposit.
• If you have a roommate(s), please have the correct spelling of their name & email address.  You will need this information when you fill out your registration form.
• During your check out process please provide your bed type, in Cape Town.
• Packages #4, #5, #6, & #7 (Gold PLUS, Platinum, Platinum PLUS, Diamond, Diamond PLUS) are King beds only in Johannesburg.  Cape Town rooms can split into 1 King Bed or 2 Twin Beds.

Step #2 - If you are a Packages #2, #3, #4, & #6

Within 2 hours of successfully purchasing your package you will receive an email from us with 1 link to select your room type in each city. The link will ask you for the following

• Package #2 - Cape Town - View Types - Partial Ocean View or Mariana View

• Package #3 - Johannesburg - Room Type - Deluxe or Superior Room

• Package #4 - Johannesburg - Room Type - Executive Suite or Club Floor Deluxe or Club Floor Superior Room

• Package #6 - Johannesburg - Room Type - Classic Suite or Deluxe Suite

Travel Requirements:

All guests must have a valid passport to travel to South Africia.

Late Payment Penalties:

5 Day Grace Period for Late Payments – Any Guest that is Late making their Payment will be Automatically Dropped if your Payment is NOT paid after 5 Days of the Due Date. (If you have a roommate(s) please be sure that you and your roommate(s) agree to make all your payments on time to avoid your roommate(s) being dropped for late payments.

Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy:

1. All booking cancellations must be in writing and shall only be effective upon acknowledged receipt by ELITE CREATIVE GROUP LLC. If cancellations are NOT made before June 8th; all payments received will be forfeited.
   The schedule for cancellations:
   1. The initial deposit is nonrefundable. Deposits are transferable if your account is active (not dropped from a lack of an on-time payment) to an unregistered guest.
   2. Cancellations made before January 5th; guest will receive a full refund, excluding the deposit and 3.5% square fees.
   3. Cancellations made before March 9^th; guest will receive 75% refund, excluding the deposit and 3.5% square fees..
   4. Cancellations made on or after March 9^th; guest will receive 50% refund, excluding the deposit and 3.5% square fees..
   5. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made on or after June 8th.
   6. All cancellations must be submitted via email and please include any roommates in your cancellation email. Cancellations cannot be made over the phone.
   7. There can be no name changes or transfers of any kind after August 3^rd, 2026.
2. If you are a “no show,” your reservation shall be considered cancelled. If you have not notified Elite Creative Group prior to the cancellation, the schedule for cancellations detailed in paragraph one shall apply.
3. Any request to amend or change a booking once it has been confirmed will be subject to availability.
4. Late payments are subject to cancellation and refunds will be applied according to the cancellation schedule.
5. There will be no refunds or partial refunds if your flight is delayed or cancelled entering into Africa causing you to miss day(s) of the trip.
6. There is a $50 name change fee. If you are dropped from the trip due to not making an on-time payment there is a $50 fee to be added back to the trip, and is subject to availability.
7. Payments towards ECG World Tours Africa cannot be transferred to another Elite Creative Group trip.
8. After August 3^rd we will not be able make any adjustments, replacements, or name changes to guest rooms, regardless of transportation issues, job conflicts, or health reasons. * If we are able to make any name changes after August 3rd, 2026 there will be a $250 change fee.
9. No Refunds will be issued for NO Shows regardless of transportation issues due to illness, death, positive covid test prior to the trip, cancelled or delayed flights and/or problems with any other means of transportation.
