West Coast Weekend - October 7th - 10th 

• This Special Registration will close at 12pm (est), Monday, June 13th.
• Deposits are $150 & $200 per person
• Please only have 1 person from your room sign up and we will email you June 13th your Group Code so your roommate(s) can log into your created account and pay their deposit.
• If you register a roommate they have until June 17th to pay their $150 deposit.

Please Note Our Terms & Conditions:

• A minimum deposit of $150 OR $200 per person is required to lock in your room. At least 1 person in your room will need to pay a minimum deposit of $150 OR $200 to lock in your room.
  • Deposits are due June 17^th and are per person (including roommate(s) of registered guests).

• We send all trip important reminders and updates via email, once you have signed up. So please make sure everyone’s email address is correct when booking your room and/or party pass.

• The initial deposit is nonrefundable. Deposits are transferable up to 30 days of your initial payment to an unregistered guest.
• Cancellations made before August 11th; guest will receive a full refund, excluding the deposit.
• There will be NO refunds for cancellations made after August 11th.
• All cancellations must be submitted via email and please include any roommates in your cancellation email. Cancellations cannot be made over the phone.
• There can be no name changes or transfers of any kind after August 11th.

• To check-in 1 individual from each room is required to put at least one credit card or debit card on file for incidentals.

To execute this trip we have contracts, payment schedules/deadlines, & guarantee guest counts obligations to our hotel and vendors. So, we have to hold all registered guests accountable in their commitment for the attendance of this trip. With that being said, we understand that many people have concerns about traveling. We are all aware of the travel concerns surrounding Covid-19.

• Rather it is underline health issues.
• You live with someone elderly or someone that has underline health issues.
• The area where you reside has travel restrictions.
• Your job has travel restrictions.

If you have any concerns or think you will not be able to attend this trip for any reason associate with covid-19, we respectfully ask you do not sign up. Our Terms & Conditions will apply to all cancellation regardless if it is Covid-19 related.
