The Advanced Marketing Workshop Program Will Include:
DAY 1
This whole day will be dedicated to turbo-charging the forward face of your practice and team.
Have you ever wondered why you are not getting the results you think you should from your marketing dollars?
Have you wondered what the right strategies are for your practice at various stages of the practice life cycle?
Are holes in the hygiene schedule plaguing you? Do you need a boost in new patient flow? How should you deal with these issues right now?
All of this and more will be covered in day 1.
Specifically, we will cover:
- How everything you do – literally everything – is related to marketing your practice. Finally, learn how to overcome the biggest challenges that most practices face when it comes to getting the greatest return for their marketing dollars spent.
- Marketing and the practice life cycle. Whether you are a startup practice, mid-career, or late career, we’ll discuss the marketing strategy that is right for your specific phase of the practice life cycle.
- How to fill hygiene and double your new patient flow. This is a black hole for many practices, and only few figure it out successfully. Learn how to predictably fill your hygiene schedule and ramp up your new patient flow with a systemized approach and step-by-step process.
- Understanding statistics and data. We like to have data – and we all have some data being produced in the practice do varying degrees. The big question is which data is the most important – AND more than that – what do you do with the data you have…Learn what you should have, and what you should be doing with it, and on what timeframe.
DAY 2
Half of this day will be dedicated to specific procedure marketing, authority positioning, and leverage. The second half of this day will be dedicated to working through a strategic planning session as a team, including implementation of workshop content.
The goal will be full implementation of the event content, and also mapping out your plan for the next 6-12 months of practice. You and your team will leave with clarity and a plan to take action on what you learn in the workshop so you do not lose momentum when you get back to your office.
Specifically, we will cover:
- Who needs to know you? Your practice is surrounded by other businesses and by people – all potential patients – except they don’t know you exist! Who should you target? How can you not only get them to notice you, but also refer patients to you? We’ll dig into this topic in detail.
- Authority Marketing. We all want to differentiate our practices in the market. How can you do this in a way that is professional, and will have the greatest impact? Nothing accomplishes this better than authority marketing. We will go through all the ways this can be done successfully, in any market, and in a way that doesn’t break the bank or your team.
- Specific Procedure Marketing. Have you wanted to ramp up a specific treatment in your practice, like Invisalign®, or cosmetic dentistry? It is actually quite easy to do this, provided that you follow a simple system that you will learn.
- Working with a marketing director. Have you considered hiring a marketing person to really double-down on your marketing efforts and ramp up your new patient flow? Maybe you have already hired a marketing director and want to review what they could or should be doing, and on what timeframe. You won’t want to miss this discussion!
