Lights of Love 2025

You're invited to our Lights of Love event, in person, at our hospice this December

Join us for a special evening of remembrance. Filled with moments of reflection, live music and a tribute film. 

Whether your loved one was under ellenor’s care or not – everyone is welcome to join the service.

All bookings are free of charge, however we appreciate any donations. Tickets are limited and are sold on a first come first serve basis, so please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

At ellenor we understand how deeply bereavement can affect you, recognising that significant dates - like Christmas - can be really challenging for many people. How difficult it can be talking about your loss. What it's like to be laughing one minute and crying the next. The loneliness, sadness, anger, joy. You may feel all these emotions and that's okay, there is no right or wrong way to feel. 

Because we know how hard things can be, we've chosen to make Lights of Love a FREE event - so as many people as possible can get the support they need. There's something really comforting about being with people who know what your going through. 

Taking place on Saturday 6 December at 6:30pm – 7:30pm, we would love to see you.

This year our Lights of Love will take place outside in our car park.

*This is weather permitting. Should poor weather prevent us from doing so, the event will be recorded and will be available to watch on ellenors Youtube & Facebook channels on Saturday 13^th December*

  Please note, our car park will be unavailable to use this day due to health and safety. We recommend being dropped off where possible or using public transport.

If you would like to dedicate a paper star on our tree to your loved one please call the number above and we can arrange to hang this for you. Alternatively please bring your paper star with you to the event.
