Support the Grand Auction Finale for the Dartford Bear Hunt!

Join us for the Dartford Bear Hunt Auction! This is the final event in our Art Trail project and we would love to have your support to make it a night to remember.

You can select your preferred shift when booking your place.

Key Details

• This role may involve some light physical lifting and moving
• 9am - 4pm roles involve room set up and preparation
• 5pm - 11pm roles involve supporting the auction itself 

Tasks will include:

• Supporting with merchandise sales
• Assisting with raffle ticket sales
• Scanning visitor tickets
• Supporting with welcome drinks and canapes 
• Supporting us to fulfil bids and gather bidder details 
• Helping with event set-up and pack-down
