Thank you for choosing Clarion Inn Elmira- Horseheads for your accommodation needs. We are pleased to offer the following locally negotiated rate effective 8/13/24.

Preferred room rate: $85.00 USD for a room with 2 double beds

Tax rate: 12%

Cancellation: Reservations must be canceled on/by 4:00 PM on the day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge of one night room and tax.

Room availability: 25 Double rooms will be blocked for the group. More may be added upon availability

Payment: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking and upon arrival.

Rate Terms:

• There is a $50.00 deposit from the guest or the paying party for room incidentals.
• If there are any issues with the guest(s) such as bringing outside visitors in to use the pool, continuous disruption of other guests, unacceptable behavior, smoking of any kind in the room etc. the guests will be asked to leave.
