Elmira College Softball Prospect Clinic (2025)

The Elmira College Softball Prospect Clinic is open to athletes with the following grad years: 

 26’s 27’s 28’s 29’s

Date: Saturday, February 8th, 2025

Time: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Cost: $100

The Elmira College Softball Prospect Clinic is designed to give participants the opportunity to experience what a college-level practice is like. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own glove, bat, batting gloves, catching equipment and helmets. We will have hitting stations, pitchers/catchers interaction, infield and outfield work, base running & a Q & A/Chat time with Current EC Soaring Eagles.

The clinic will be held at the Murray Athletic Center, site of the EC Soaring Eagles Indoor Practice Facility.

Elmira College CAMP/CLINIC RELEASE AND WAIVER of Liability

To the best of my knowledge I do not have any diseases, conditions or injuries that would medically prohibit my participation in the camp/clinic at Elmira College, with instruction by Elmira College Coaches and Athletes.

I am aware that participating in the camp/clinic I am registering for can be a dangerous activity involving MANY RISKS OF INJURY. I understand that the dangers and risks of participating in the sport of softball may include serious bodily injury, which may include loss of limb or impaired organ, loss of sensory function (i.e. sight, hearing…) permanent physical impairment (i.e. paralysis) or even death. I assume the risk of participation in the camp/clinic. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and such questions, if any, have been answered to my satisfaction.

I waive any responsibility on the part of Elmira College, the Department of Athletics and its athletic staff, athletic training staff, the College Health Center and its medical staff, and any medical facilities or doctors designated by the aforementioned staffs for illness or injuries that develop while participating in the camp/clinic at Elmira College and agree to defend, indemnify and hold them harmless from any claims, liabilities or reasonable expenses resulting therefrom.

I also understand that any medical services necessitated by my participation in the above indicated camp/clinic will be charged to my family’s insurance plan. The Elmira College Athletic Injury Insurance plan does not cover injuries/illnesses while participating in the camp/clinic.

I further certify that I have read and understand the above statements and that the information provided is truthful to the best of my knowledge.

PARENT-GUARDIAN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT STATEMENT (required if participant is under 18)
