2026 Elmira College Girl's Basketball Fall Prospect Clinic

We are offering a girls basketball prospect clinic on Sunday, October 18th from 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM at Elmira College. This is a great opportunity for your daughter to work with the Elmira College Women's Basketball Program to improve their skills and game play. It is open for anyone looking to play college basketball and designed for college able players. The day will include skills sessions, team play, Q & A session with the current team and Coach Phillips. A tour of our beautiful campus is also included at the end of the day. 

Elmira College CAMP/CLINIC RELEASE AND WAIVER of Liability 

To the best of my knowledge I do not have any diseases, conditions or injuries that would medically prohibit my participation in the camp/clinic at Elmira College, with instruction by Elmira College Coaches and Athletes.

I am aware that participating in the camp/clinic I am registering for can be a dangerous activity involving MANY RISKS OF INJURY. I understand that the dangers and risks of participating in the sport of cheerleading may include serious bodily injury, which may include loss of limb or impaired organ, loss of sensory function (i.e. sight, hearing…) permanent physical impairment (i.e. paralysis) or even death. I assume the risk of participation in the camp/clinic. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and such questions, if any, have been answered to my satisfaction.

I waive any responsibility on the part of Elmira College, the Department of Athletics and its athletic staff, athletic training staff, the College Health Center and its medical staff, and any medical facilities or doctors designated by the aforementioned staffs for illness or injuries that develop while participating in the camp/clinic at Elmira College and agree to defend, indemnify and hold them harmless from any claims, liabilities or reasonable expenses resulting therefrom.

I also understand that any medical services necessitated by my participation in the above indicated camp/clinic will be charged to my family’s insurance plan. The Elmira College Athletic Injury Insurance plan does not cover injuries/illnesses while participating in the camp/clinic.

I further certify that I have read and understand the above statements and that the information provided is truthful to the best of my knowledge.

PARENT-GUARDIAN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT STATEMENT (required if participant is under 18)

I/We have read the above statement and agree to the conditions of this camp/clinic release and the waiver as outlined above. I/We consent to allow our son/daughter to participate in cheerleading camp/clinic at Elmira College.
