Elmira College Women's Volleyball Prospect Camp

Intended for campers who are Class of 2027, 2028, 2029. This one day camp is intended to provide each player an opportunity to develop their skills in a fun environment all while getting the feel for the college experience. The camp will focus on fundamentals and position specific training in the beginning, then work our way towards 6v6 style play. Campers will receive first hand knowledge and training from volleyball coaches of Elmira College.

Camp will run from 12PM - 6PM on December 6. Check-in will begin at 11:30 AM inside Speidel Gymnasium. 

 Food will not be provided. This camp is limited to 28 participants.

Elmira College CAMP/CLINIC RELEASE AND WAIVER of Liability

To the best of my knowledge I do not have any diseases, conditions or injuries that would medically prohibit my participation in the camp/clinic at Elmira College, with instruction by Elmira College Coaches and Athletes.

I am aware that participating in the camp/clinic I am registering for can be a dangerous activity involving MANY RISKS OF INJURY. I understand that the dangers and risks of participating in the sport of softball may include serious bodily injury, which may include loss of limb or impaired organ, loss of sensory function (i.e. sight, hearing…) permanent physical impairment (i.e. paralysis) or even death. I assume the risk of participation in the camp/clinic. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and such questions, if any, have been answered to my satisfaction.

I waive any responsibility on the part of Elmira College, the Department of Athletics and its athletic staff, athletic training staff, the College Health Center and its medical staff, and any medical facilities or doctors designated by the aforementioned staffs for illness or injuries that develop while participating in the camp/clinic at Elmira College and agree to defend, indemnify and hold them harmless from any claims, liabilities or reasonable expenses resulting therefrom.

I also understand that any medical services necessitated by my participation in the above indicated camp/clinic will be charged to my family’s insurance plan. The Elmira College Athletic Injury Insurance plan does not cover injuries/illnesses while participating in the camp/clinic.

I further certify that I have read and understand the above statements and that the information provided is truthful to the best of my knowledge.
