Elmira College Esports Camp

For campers between the ages of 13-18 (up to high school seniors)

This camp is designed to be a two-day camp that takes place in the Esports Gaming Lab (basement level of the Gannett-Tripp Library). The camp is intended to provide each player an opportunity to develop their gaming skills in a fun, but structured environment all while getting a feel for the college level Esports experience and beyond. The camp will focus on fundamentals of team communication and strategic and informative gameplay elements. Campers will receive first-hand knowledge and training from current collegiate Esports players and coaches of Elmira College.

The camp will be held from 3pm-7pm on July 6th & July 7th - The total price of the camp includes the full usage of any and all gaming equipment in the gaming lab (camper MAY bring their own equipment such as gaming controllers, headsets, keyboards but AT THEIR OWN RISK). 

Elmira College will provide: 

1) A brown bag “Gamer Fuel” snack pack which includes granola bars, chips/other bagged snack, bottled water/juice, etc.

2) A camp t-shirt.

3) Bottled water throughout both days.

4) Esports seminars/guest speaker(s) to discuss with the campers opportunities in Esports both at the college level and beyond.
