Elmore Wild x Hehku Wild Wellbeing Sauna Rituals

Join Kerry from Hehku Wild Wellbeing at Elmore Wild for a guided sauna ritual inspired by the changing seasons and the natural landscape surrounding Groundless Pool.

Set within 400 acres of rewilding land at Elmore Estate, this immersive experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with nature and explore the restorative rhythm of heat, cold and rest.

Led by a fully trained sauna master, each ritual follows the seasons, using natural botanicals, seasonal aromatics, herbal teas and traditional leaf whisks to awaken the senses and deepen your connection with the natural world. Moving through rounds of warmth and contrast, each session offers a moment to pause, unwind and experience the landscape in a different way.

The lake will be open throughout the session for a bracing plunge. Move between the warmth of the wood-fired sauna and the cool, natural waters of Groundless Pool, embracing the changing sensations of heat and cold.

Beginning and ending with seasonal refreshments, this is an opportunity to step away from the everyday, embrace the changing seasons and find stillness in the wild.

Safety

To help keep swimmers safe, we regularly test the water quality and reserve the right to cancel sessions if standards are not met. An onsite lifeguard is present during all sessions.

Facilities

There is parking at the lake, hot shower, compost toilets, and a communal changing yurt.

Please bring

A towel and water bottle to stay hydrated after using the sauna.

Booking is essential and we are unfortunately unable to accept walk-ins.
