The El Paso Central Business Association (CBA) is a 501(c)(6) business organization established in March of 1997 by a merger between the Downtown Development Association (previously in operation for over 50 years) and the South El Paso Revitalization and Redevelopment Association (previously in operation for over 16 years). The CBA is represented by a Board of Directors and full time staff with over one hundred years of organizational, advocacy and administrative experience.
