Poppy Selling 2026

Elstree & District Scouts will once again support the Royal British Legion by taking part in district-wide poppy selling across Borehamwood, Radlett and Shenley. Young people from all sections are encouraged to volunteer for a short shift, helping raise vital funds and demonstrating Scouting’s commitment to community service and remembrance.

Poppy selling is a meaningful, visible way for our young people to engage with the values of Remembrance, show pride in their uniform, and represent Scouting in the local community.

Exclusive Reward Event

As a thank-you for giving their time, all young people and leaders who volunteer for poppy selling will be invited to an exclusive free event in December.
This will be a special district celebration to recognise their contribution and commitment.
