Hi my name is Laura and I am a Music Therapist and Sound Healer and I have been practicing healing through the powerful energies of music for a number of years.

I also run children's sensory and music classes and have a background in child development and psychoanalysis. I am also a level 2 reiki healer and crystal reiki healer.

I have a Masters in music therapy, diplomas in Sound Healing, meditation teaching and am a professional musician.

Sound Baths: Through the use of the healing frequencies of singing bowls and percussion instruments I hold Sound Baths for individuals and groups. These sessions are warm and cosy sensory experiences. Whilst you lie in a meditative state feel the vibrations wash over you from the crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and water sounds created on percussive instruments. Please join me for a session to enliven the senses and feel vibrational healing through every cell of your body. Please note that these sessions are not suitable for individuals less than 20 weeks pregnant or for anyone with a pacemaker. Please note due to the popularity of the classes refunds and transfers to other classes are unable to be given if you cancel your place in most cases.

Sakura Sensory: Laura has been bringing her classes to life by composing music, creating sensory activities and meditation and relaxation techniques suitable for ages 1month+ You can follow Sakura Sensory on Instagram and Facebook. These classes focus on your little ones stage of development to explore their environment and enjoy magical sounds together. These sessions are on hold until her little one starts pre-school.
