Sound Bath at FRESH Studio Broad Street, Ely

Welcome to my Sound Bath Meditation sessions!

My name is Laura and I am a Sound Healer and Music Therapist.
Sound Baths are an opportunity for you to relax and unwind in a comfortable and holistic space surrounded by the healing vibrations of a variety of instruments. In my practice I focus on using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal singing bowls, kochi chimes, dragon energy frequency tubes and other relaxing sounds to help aid meditation and full body healing. The vibrations encourage your brain into alpha and theta states where your nervous system can re-set and relax helping a number of conditions.

Sessions take place in groups with each individual finding a comfortable position lying on the foam mats and can choose to cover themselves with a blanket. Each session begins with a short guided meditation before the sound bath begins.
Sessions are held in a warm and cosy environment where there will also be sensory lights to help aid your relaxation, and lighting will be dimmed.

This session is held at the wonderful FRESH studios, Broad Street in central Ely where there is plenty of parking available and we will be using the downstairs studio, look to your right when you come in. We expect this venue to book quickly so do grab your spot before you miss it!

As sessions are conducted with individuals lying down please do consider whether this is suitable for you, you are also welcome to be seated if this is not possible. Some padded thicker mats may be available depending on availability. Please do bring any pillows and blankets if this would help you feel more comfortable. A number are already provided but as this is a big class, if you have a yoga mat it would be helpful to bring it along incase.

Please note all bookings are non-refundable and in most cases bookings cannot be transferred to another date if you choose to cancel so please double check your availability.
