Hammock Sound Bath - The Pole Shed - Littleport

Welcome to my Sound Bath Meditation sessions!

My name is Laura and I am a Sound Healer and Music Therapist.

Sound Baths are an opportunity for you to relax and unwind in a comfortable and holistic space surrounded by the healing vibrations of a variety of instruments. In my practice I focus on using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal singing bowls, kochi chimes, sonic energy chimes, water instruments, dragon frequency energy healing tubes and other relaxing sounds to help aid meditation and full body healing.

Sessions take place in groups and at this venue we have a special session where you will be suspended in a hammock and taught comfortable positions to lie in to achieve a deep sense of relaxation whilst floating amongst the sounds. There will also be an option for a cheaper ticket (£13.50) to enjoy this sound bath lying on a mat in this magical space as hammock spaces are limited. If hammock spaces are fully booked but you book a floor space and a hammock is available you will be given the option to upgrade on the evening.

Each session begins with a short guided meditation evoking different imagery to calm our minds to be truly receptive to the sounds.

Sessions are held in a warm and cosy environment where there will also be sensory lights to help aid your relaxation, and lighting will be dimmed.

The last 5-10 minutes are dedicated to you coming round at your own pace and also, if you'd like a sound healing oracle reading from our Oracle Deck we have published, you are invited to ask a question you seek guidance on and choose a card for your answer. (Decks are available to purchase)

This session is held at The Pole Shed in Littleport, 10 minutes from Ely. There is plenty of parking available and this room is fully accessible on the ground floor. More sessions will be available at other dates in the future. As Google maps often lists this address incorrectly please turn off the A10 on to Oak Lane opposite the Grange lane exit into Littleport. Then turn right onto Woodfen road. Turn left onto oak lane business park when you see the big metal shed on the left and drive on the right side of them for a couple of units until you see The Pole Shed.

As sessions are conducted with individuals lying on the foam mats / floor cushions or in hammocks please do consider whether this is suitable for you if you have any problems with lying down. It is also suitable to be seated if this is not possible, a camping chair can be a very comfortable option so if this is more comfortable for you please feel free to bring one.

Please note all bookings are non-refundable and in most cases bookings cannot be transferred to another date so please double check your availability.
