Breathwork and Sound Bath Littleport

Welcome to our very special collaborative Breathwork and Sound Bath event!
Conscious Connected Breathwork
Gemma from eMotionFit leads this special session with conscious connected breathwork, helping us to connect with our emotions through reaching the liminal state, a place where we often feel light and floaty and deep relaxation takes over.
This style of breathwork is a great way to de-stress, reduce anxiety and clear outdated beliefs or blockages from past trauma. This is for anyone from burnt-out professionals to creatives who feel stuck, and anyone that wants to release emotional tension and heal from past experiences, without solely relying on talking. This rhythmic breathing along with a specifically chosen, powerful and emotive playlist, helps quiet the thinking part of the brain, allowing you to bypass mental defenses and process deep-seated stress or emotions stored physically in the body.
Sound Bath
Laura a Sound Healer and Music Therapist, will then ease us into the Sound bath.
Sound Baths are an opportunity for you to relax and unwind in a comfortable and holistic space surrounded by the healing vibrations of a variety of instruments. In her practice she focuses on using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal singing bowls, koshi chimes, Ocean drums, rainsticks, kenari chimes, sonic energy flow chimes, dragon energy chimes and other relaxing sounds to help aid meditation and induce the alpha and theta brainwave states, encouraging us into the liminal state where the nervous system is able to relax, a space where our body is in its optimum state for self healing. This session is a gentle, soothing sound bath to hold and support you, as you may have brought much to the surface during the breathwork element and need time to process and reflect.
Sessions take place in groups with each individual finding a comfortable position lying on the foam mats and can choose to get extra cosy with a blanket. We have some blankets and pillows available but please feel free to bring your own for extra comfort. Also feel free to bring eye masks if you have one, we will have some available to borrow or if you'd like to buy one you can also select this option at checkout.
