In uncertain times, how do we find purpose and connection - to ourselves, each other and nature?
LIVE TALK: Embercombe’s heart song — in conversation with Mac Macartney
Join Mac Macartney (Founder), Clemence Viel (Managing Director) and Tugba Kirhan (Programmes Lead and Facilitator) for an evening 'around Embercombe’s fire': learn about the story, vision and offerings of our wild valley on the edge of Dartmoor.
The evening will be accompanied by music from local musician Alice McGuigan.
Inspired by nature, Embercombe is a place to reconnect to your wild authentic self, resourcing you to live a passionate and purposeful life in service of a flourishing world for all species. Embercombe is a place that pairs inner growth with outer action.
Mac Macartney is a speaker, writer, and change-maker. Mentored by indigenous people over many years, he has acquired profound and original insights into questions preoccupying many contemporary leaders. Mac seeks to inspire the emergence of the leader in each of us, the leader who will take courageous action for a better world. Championing A New Story of Sustainability lies at the heart of this.
Clemence Viel is Embercombe’s Managing Director, responsible for delivering the vision and mission of Embercombe. Clemence’s background spans over courses and operations management, organic horticulture, facilitation, theatre creation, indigenous wisdom and sacred feminine.
Tugba Kirhan is Embercombe's Programmes Manager, and one of the lead facilitators on the flagship programme The Journey. With a background in the humanitarian sector, Tugba is a project manager, facilitator, coach, and breathwork & embodiment practitioner.
