Join Ember Flows x Girls Who Cornwall for a perfect autumn Sunday morning tucked between the trees at Melancoose, a stone throw's away from Newquay, Cornwall. Expect a cosy start with a creative sauna hat crafting session over breakfast, a grounding yoga flow, and a woodland sauna to finish — pure slow-down, surrounded by nature and new friends.

Everyone's welcome, no experience in yoga, crafting or the sauna — every session is an invitation.

Come solo or bring a friend — you'll leave grounded, recharged, and connected with a community of like-minded women.

We happily cater for most dietary requirements — just let us know when you book. 

Once you've booked, keep an eye on your inbox as we'll send over a short welcome email asking a few quick questions to help us plan your day. It'd mean a lot if you could reply when you get a chance, as it really helps us get everything right for you. As the day gets closer, we'll drop you another message with the final details, so you're all set before you arrive.

How to book
Secure your spot with a 50% deposit, or pay in full to book your spot straight away. If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance is due by October 17th.

If your plans change, you can cancel any time by October 17th for a refund of your deposit or full payment (less booking fees) by sending us an email at hello@emberflows.co.uk.

If you've paid a deposit but the remaining balance isn't paid or if the spot isn't cancelled by October 17th, we'll release your spot and the deposit is no longer refundable.

Cancellation policy
Deposits and full payments are refundable until October 17th (less booking fees). 
If you cancel your full booking by October 25th, we'll refund 75%. If you cancel by November 1st, we'll refund 50%. After November 1st, we're unable to offer a refund.

Transfer policy
Can't make it? You're also welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else for free. Just email us at hello@emberflows.co.uk at least 7 days before the retreat with their full name, email and mobile number. Tickets need to be fully paid before transferring, can only be transferred once, and are non-refundable after transfer. Any payment for the ticket is arranged privately between you and your nominee. We'll send them their own dietary form and Guest Waiver to complete.

Do I need experience with yoga?
Absolutely not! Every session is an invitation, not an expectation — go at your own pace and listen to your body.

What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes for yoga (all equipment is provided). For the sauna, hot tub and cold plunge: swimwear, a water bottle, two towels, a change of clothes and SPF.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes — after booking, we'll send you a short form to note any dietary requirements, or you're welcome to message us directly at least a week before the retreat.

What if it rains?
The yoga and sauna hat crafting sessions already take place indoors. For the sauna, hot tub and cold plunge, we embrace the rain!

Is there parking at Melancoose?
Yes! There's on-site parking at Melancoose.
