You know those rare group experiences where something undeniably magical begins to happen?

In these unique moments, the room becomes more than just a collection of individual bodies. Synchronicities start to unfold, people lose themselves and find themselves at the same time, it seems as though something larger takes over, and by the closing circle there is a feeling that everyone has travelled somewhere together that none of them could have reached alone.

This is the art of the group field at work.

The field cannot be controlled, but it can be shaped, cultivated, listened to and danced with. What sometimes appears to happen by accident can become something we learn to work with intentionally. And the facilitator is never separate from it.

Our bodies, nervous systems, attention, agendas, blind spots, courage, contractions and capacity to tell the truth are already affecting the room. At the same time, the field is continually offering feedback through the bodies, energy, responses and relationships of the people inside it.

Field Alchemy is the practice of learning how to notice that feedback, feel our own impact and respond to what is actually happening without trying to dominate or control it.

In this free online transmission, Rachel and Spencer will explore how group coherence develops, how facilitators consciously and unconsciously impact the spaces they lead, and what becomes possible when we learn to listen with more than our minds.

We will also share how Field Alchemy lives inside the Embodied Eros Facilitator Training and why this invisible dimension of facilitation can make the difference between delivering powerful content and creating an experience people never forget.

We’ll share for approximately one hour, followed by 30 minutes of live questions and conversation.

This gathering will take place entirely online. Everyone who registers will receive the recording afterward, whether or not you can join us live.
