Beyond Polarity is an explorative and insightful weekend experience that gives you a direct experience of connection in a paradigm of wholeness.

We grow up immersed in a paradigm of separation. Understandably, the conversations we have around polarity often drift into binary ideas of either or, one or the other. But polarity is a phenomenon that is profoundly embedded within wholeness, not a sign of its absence. It is a direct expression of oneness and connection. Experiencing polarity within wholeness through connection is what this weekend is all about!

Join us for a 2-day life laboratory where we offer you the extremely unique experience of mind-blowing, heart-opening, playful explorations of emotional, spiritual and physical intimacy, embedded in holistic wisdom that allows you to integrate the experience with a fresh look at the world.

About the Facilitators: Rachel Rickards and Lennart Hennig

Rachel Rickards is an international leader in the field of personal transformation, intimacy, embodiment, and relating. She is a group facilitator extraordinaire, event producer, and a new mother.

In 2014 she and Buster Radvik co-founded Embodied Intimacy, which has become one of the most respected organizations globally that offers trainings and events focussed on intimacy, trauma, relational intelligence, somatic education and community. The work of Embodied Intimacy supports hundreds of people each year to come home to themselves, to their body and more regulated nervous systems, and unfold more of who they truly are.

Since 2019, Rachel has led the Belly2Belly Facilitator Training after her teacher and mentor, David Cates, passed the torch and CEO position for this work to her. Belly2Belly offers a simple and yet profoundly healing set of embodied and relational practices, which support people to learn to regulate their nervous systems in a way that can be transformational for their relationships. Rachel has single handedly produced and facilitates most of the events with her extraordinary superpowers in the field of event planning and depth in embodied leadership.

Rachel’s newest passion project launching this year is “The Field Facilitator Training.” This is a revolutionary new experiential learning environment for upcoming group facilitators who are passionate about creating fields of deep group-heart coherence and learning how to facilitate group soul emergence. This requires the development of radically new facilitation skills, such as learning to listen to the group field, collective surrender to the moment, as well as dynamic and fluid collective leadership to support the blossoming of the group soul that is longing to emerge in the space between us.

Simultaneously, Rachel has just taken on her biggest project to date as a community builder and visionary. With her partner, Lennart Hennig, she has purchased property and is currently in the developmental and visionary phase of creating a regenerative land, and community eco-village on the Azores islands. Their intention is to give birth to an event and education center with a holistic relationship to death at its core.

Lennart is a growth and leadership facilitator. He explores the edges of individual and collective development through the angles of consciousness, embodiment, safety, trauma, and deep ecology using an integral and systemic framework of the whole, undivided cosmos.

His deepest inquiry is the potential we tap into when we dissolve the paradigm of separation that is underneath our identity and our whole culture, and begin embodying and integrating the truth of wholeness into our sense of self and our actions. Accepting and integrating every part of our being, embracing our full human experience and walking towards a state of authenticity and vulnerability from where we recognize the profound interdependency we are a part of.

He is particularly intrigued by the alchemical potential our collective and individual wounding and shadows hold for us, when we start honoring death and darkness as a place of growth and rebirth, and how we can step into a dialectical relationship towards more truth instead of polarization when we take responsibility for an internally regulated somatic sense of safety.

Bringing the principles of liberation, love, and leadership to individuals and organizations wanting to act from their true purpose as a conscious part of the whole is at the core of his work.
