Celebrating 20 Years of EMCC Luxembourg | Special Event on Human Connection in the Age of AI

Twenty years ago, a community of coaches came together in Luxembourg with a shared belief in the power of human connection.

As AI reshapes the world of work, leadership and human development, human connection is still at the heart of our profession as coaches, mentors and supervisors.

On the 14th October, we mark that milestone with a landmark event that not only celebrates what we've built together but also looks at the opportunities ahead.

Who is this for

This event is for EMCC Luxembourg members, other coaching, mentoring and supervision professionals and for purchasers of their services (corporate or individuals).

What to expect

This is a full afternoon of reflection, inspiration and genuine connection, structured around three chapters of our story: the past that forged us, the present we are navigating, and the future we will shape together.

• A fireside chat revisiting the origin story of EMCC Luxembourg - the founding relationships, moments and people who made us who we are

• A panel discussion with practitioners from business and HR navigating the AI landscape in human development today, in Luxembourg and beyond

• A creative workshop to collectively how to shape the future impact

• Speed networking, a collective birthday book, networking cocktail reception and - of course - ceremonial birthday cake
