Single in the City 2024

EXCLUSIVE INVITATION TO SINGLE MUSLIM PROFESSIONALS - 'SINGLE IN THE CITY - 2024' 

Salaam! Creating pairs from amongst mates on an apt date 22.11 (let the 1s become 2! #cheesy) - invitation to all Single Muslims insha'Allah to find the one at the Annual 'MeetMyMuslimMate' event in the heart of the City of London. 

The format ensures ALL are encouraged to greet and meet one another in a standing reception format, using our exclusive ice breakers - please bring a pen.

The event is set in a wonderful gem of a cafe not far from the City,  (near Bow Road Station for travel planning purposes) - look out for details on the dedicated emails nearer the date.

IMPORTANT - The event is open to SINGLE MUSLIMS-ONLY (sorry, there are NO non-participant tickets, eg. friends/family, we will have volunteers from the team on hand for support!). We encourage diversity and open-mindedness, hence open to all professions, heritage, age and location. 

NOTE this is NOT a dinner-based event, however complimentary snack and drink will be available, with option to purchase more.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING - IMPORTANT TO NOTE - TERMS & CONDITIONS 

RATIO - Our intention is to strive for an equal male:female ratio of guests but CANNOT guarantee, we encourage ALL to promote to friends/siblings/colleagues of OPPOSITE gender to help achieve the balance of guests

1. NAME - Please enter FULL NAME (for our ID safeguarding checks), however don't worry we will only have FIRST name for badges - any bookings without FULL name will be void, no admission, no refund.
   
2. GUEST NAMES - If booking more than one ticket, please specify on the check-out/online purchase, the NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS of your guest 
3. Please supply accurately, the email address which you may wish to pass to any potential guests DURING the event. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the information entered, nor will we pass on your details post-event. 
4. ENEWSLETTER - by booking, you consent to opt-in to receive future eNewsletters by our Event Partner - EmeraldNetwork, (however you may opt-out and thus opt-out of eligibility to attend future events in doing so).
5. SAFEGUARD - ID will be checked to match name - Management reserve the right of admission. If ticket name does not correspond to ID, admission will be refused as part of our safeguarding admission policy.
6. No LATE admissions after 7.30pm (doors open 6.30pm, with event commencing on arrival with ice-breaker).
7. REFUNDS - NO refunds unless in the unlikely instance of event cancellation. Please do not cause inconvenience by requesting refunds if unable to attend.
8. FACILITIES - Prayer facilities available. Unattended cloakroom (we accept no responsibility for items left unattended). 
9. Venue has no parking - we encourage public transport as only 5min from Bow Road Station / Buses serve the main road regularly.
10. Management reserve the right of admission - for any persons previously refused admission or adverse feedback received, no admission will be granted and NO REFUND - please note before booking to save any inconvenience.
