INVITATION TO SINGLES IN THE CITY 2026

Salaam! 

Creating pairs from amongst mates - invitation to all Single Muslims insha'Allah to find the one at the flagship annual Muslim professionals event.

Who is the event for and NOT for? 

If you have a SET preference eg. specific nationality, age range or profession - the event may NOT be suitable. Our event is encourages diversity and open-mindedness - irrespective of status (eg. single never married, divorced), all professions, any heritage, age range location etc.

•  We will have TWO age groups identifiable by age - 21-30 years old and 30+ years old

The format: 

• ice breakers to greet and meet one another
• short presentations/reminders 
• option to purchase light refreshments (via Cafe counter - NO external food/drinks to be brought in)
• additional ice breakers for more focussed conversations with those who you are interested in potentially
• scope to exchange details with interested potentials DURING the event (welcome to use team for assistance)

IMPORTANT - The event is open to SINGLE MUSLIMS-ONLY (sorry, there are NO non-participant tickets, eg. friends/family, we will have volunteers from the team on hand for support!).  

NOTE - typical attendees aged 26-42 based on previous guest list, more female than male - however we endeavour to limit gender allocation to maintain balance, we cannot guarantee - we sincerely hope female guests can spread the word to their male friends/family/colleagues.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING - BOOKING SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS - CRUCIALLY NO REFUNDS / TICKETS NOT TRANSFERRABLE 

1. NAME - Please enter FULL NAME FOR BOOKING (for our ID safeguarding checks), NOTE - we will only have FIRST name for badges - any bookings WITHOUT FULL name will be void, no admission, no refund, simple.
2. DRESS CODE: Casual / colourful - MODEST 
3. No LATE admissions 
4. REFUNDS - NO refunds unless in the unlikely instance of event cancellation. Please do not cause inconvenience by requesting refunds if unable to attend.
5. FACILITIES - Prayer facilities available. NO cloakroom (we accept no responsibility for items left unattended). 
6. TRANSPORT / LOCATION - Venue has no parking - we encourage public transport (approx 5 min walk from Whitechapel Station), welcome to check signs for nearby street parking (which is LIMITED).
7. There will be NO filming or photography to respect all guests' privacy. 
8. ENEWSLETTER - by booking, you consent to opt-in to receive future eNewsletters by EmeraldNetwork, (however you may opt-out and thus opt-out of eligibility to attend future events in doing so).
9. Management reserve the right of admission - for any persons previously refused admission, no admission will be granted and NO REFUND - please note before booking to save any inconvenience - our ethos is to strive to have a friendly and professional environment.
10. Please note in the unlikely instance of having imbalance of numbers per age session, it will become ONE event for all (as opposed to two separate sessions).
