On Sunday 5th July, you are invited into a beautiful, intimate circle of women to open your heart, quiet your mind, and reconnect with your soul. This ceremony is a pause in time — a moment where the world softens, and you can truly hear yourself again.

Together, we will gently release anything that cannot grow with you. We will let go of what has weighed you down, drained your energy, or disconnected you from yourself, creating space for more peace, clarity, softness, and self-connection.

This evening is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and honour all that you have carried. Together, we will honour the lessons and resilience that have shaped you so far, carrying that wisdom forward as you go into your week with courage, intention, and fresh possibility.

This evening is a blend of ancient practices and modern grounding techniques designed to reset your nervous system and awaken your spirit.

• Breathwork: Tuning inward to empower ourselves and raise our vibration.
• Sacred Sound: Releasing emotional blockages and filling the body with high-frequency energy.
• Fire Ceremony: Gathering around a sacred fire to let the old fall away and call in the new.
• Mantra Chanting: Speaking our dreams into existence to embody our intentions.
• Embodied Movement: Dancing and shaking to free the body and awaken our life-force.
• Reiki & Clearing: Energetic healing to lighten the spirit and soothe the nervous system.
• Manifestation: Calling in what our hearts truly desire for a happy, healthy, powerful 2026.
• Ceremnial Offerings: Sipping Ceremonial Cacao and Matcha to open the heart and ground the body.

💖 A Note on Self-Love

This is a small, personal gathering created to honour YOU—all that you’ve survived, all that you’ve given, and all that you’re becoming.

We do so much for others. This evening is about giving back to yourself. It is not selfish. It is self-love.

Practical Details

• What to bring: Everything for your comfort will be provided, dress in comfortable, warm layers.
• Location: This event is held at our private home studio in Lee, SE12. The exact address will be sent to you in your confirmation email.
• Cacao: I will be serving ceremonial cacao. If you are pregnant, on anti-depressants (SSRIs), or have heart conditions, please let us know in the booking notes so we can provide a suitable dose or alternative.
