Welcome to Open Door.

Open Door is a monthly online series where you can learn and practice resilience tools. Each session offers a 45-minute pause to (re)discover practical exercises that will help to recalibrate your nervous system and refresh your energy. 

These sessions are open to anyone; simply come as you are and enjoy this monthly reset.

Sessions are run by resilience and capacity specialist Emily Buchanan who offers coaching-based support grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for people working in complex mission-driven environments.
