AHDB Roots to Resilience - Your Life, Your Call: Farming, Family, Future

Give yourselves the tools to communicate better, handle difficult conversations, and plan with clarity at this one day workshop delivered by Amy Hughes of EmpowerAg. The GRIP Workshop has been specifically created for farmers to help you get clarity on what really matters for yourself and your business, giving you the tools to communicate well, get everyone on the same page, and move forward with a clear direction.

This workshop will help you:

  • Handle difficult conversations - Learn to navigate disagreements about succession, investment, or daily decisions and turn conflict into progress.
  • Get everyone on the same page - Create and communicate a clear direction that your family and team can understand, support, and be involved with.
  • Understand your own mindset - See the patterns and habits that are holding you back, and learn how to break them.
  • Understand others - Learn to figure out and understand the causes of resistance and difficult behaviour in others.

What you'll take away

You'll leave with:

  • Clear actionable steps to move your business forward
  • Practical tools to communicate and handle difficult conversations
