How do you hold yourself in Mother Love in your everyday life?  How might it feel if you were to embrace more of this energy with flow and ease?

In this one-day retreat we’ll be exploring the many facets of Mother Love and your connection with this through carefully selected practices, chosen to support you in bringing in more self-nurture and self-love as you journey through the ebb and flow of daily life.

Within the sacred safe space of circle you’ll be guided to deepen into your own sense of inner safety and self-holding, opening the way for you to bring more of the essence of you into the everyday from a space of full connection and honouring of yourself, releasing the patterns of the old paradigm of depletion.

Within the day’s programme, we’ll be taking time to tune into your connection with your own mother, whatever this relationship might look like, and the other women who have come before you, as well as the patterning passed down from previous generations and social conditioning. As you move through the layers, you’ll find yourself connecting with the energies of Mother Earth and Mother Mary, immersing in their gentle, yet powerful love that sparks a deep remembrance of the Sacred Feminine energy and how to reconnect with this in order to lovingly mother yourself.

Commencing with Cacao Ceremony and a guided drumming meditation to support you in opening your heart-space and deepening into your own inner mother presence, over the course of the day you’ll be exploring and immersing into your own sense of self-mothering through self-enquiry, sharing circles, journaling, the sharing of feminine wisdom, a womb journey, body movement, working with essential oil blends and self-massage. The day will be rounded off, subject to weather, with a visit to local sacred site West Kennet long barrow, where you’ll have the space to integrate your experiences held in this womb-like structure, as well as through connection with the beautiful surrounding landscape that overlooks Silbury Hill.

Upon completion of the retreat, for those who desire the opportunity to deepen the bonds of sisterhood in an informal setting, you’re invited as an optional extra to join Lynda, Francesca and other retreat sisters for a meal at local Indian restaurant The Burj at The Bell.
