Around this time of Samhain, we are transitioning from final harvest into winter. It is a time deeply rooted in honouring our ancestors, as it is believed that the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds is thinnest during this period. This sacred connection invites reflection and gratitude for those who have come before us, allowing us to honour their lives, wisdom, and the imprints that they left behind.

It could be that you are personally going through a shift of letting go and slowing down to support your transition into a season of introspection. This is a potent time where we can tend to our foundations, to nourish our body and soul. We too can benefit from honouring the parts of us that we’ve chosen to release. Perhaps it’s a role, a relationship, a situation or something else.

Join us around the collective ‘fire’ as we take you on a healing and empowering drum journey where you will be in a deep level of relaxation. And in this place, you will be able to connect with your ancestors, your ancient roots and the parts of you that have been released. You’ll be able to cultivate gratitude for their impact on your life and seek guidance for ways to support yourself in the seasons ahead.

Drum Journey & Sound Healing

It is believed that memories and emotions sit within the body. By immersing in pure therapeutic sounds, we can start to shift blocked energy, which helps bring us back into a natural balance. Sound harmonises from within and can bridge healing across the physical, emotional and mental bodies.

Whilst you lay on the floor or relax in a seated position, you will be able to receive the benefits of sound. You will find them deeply relaxing, releasing, nourishing and transformative.

We will also work with the energy of chosen plants, herbs and trees to enhance the experience further, creating a multi-sensory journey.

What’s Included:

- Guided meditation taking you into a deeply relaxed state then flowing into sound.
- Drum journey with your chosen intention – guided by my intuitive use of drums, the golden chalice, gong, chimes and other instruments.
- Individual and group reflection time with homemade treats at the end to help you ground your energy.
- Optional use of essential oil to help deepen into relaxation

Your Facilitators

My name is Lynda and I have spent the last 20 years helping others to shine their light in the world and live a life of inspired action, self love and joy, which I find deeply satisfying. I am qualified in hypnotherapy, sound healing, regression therapy, inner child healing, reiki and life coaching and I have a strong passion for essential oils and nature. As a mother of 2 teens, I understand the demands and rewards of balancing a busy life.

I’m delighted to be joined by the very talented Ben Dumpleton who brings together many creative and musical skills as Drummer, Guitarist, Vocalist, Instrument Teacher. He weaves together these skills with his background in reiki and meditation to channel soundscapes that help us to go on soul-led journeys.

We ask that you bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket and cushion and wear layers to help keep you cosy during this experience. If you don't have a yoga mat, let me know and I'll bring one for you. You may want to bring a journal and pen to note down any insights that come to you. We ask that you arrive between 6.15-6.30pm so that we start as close to 6.30pm as possible.

We look forward to welcoming you to share in this journey with us. This is an intimate event so book early to avoid disappointment. I've created an under 18s price. This event is suitable for 12s and overs when accompanied by an adult. It's wonderful sharing these experiences with our young ones.
