Time for a mid-week and end of year self-care treat

You are invited to an evening of Sound Healing with an intention of deepening into the energy of peace, a time to slow down and pause. Just think how this could support you in the lead up to the festive season? A gift for yourself to connect more with your inner reserve, perhaps leading to more contentment, calm and stability. A journey connecting the heart, voice, body and mind. A really loving practice promoting emotional and physical healing at the sacred site of Avebury.

Sound Healing

It is believed that memories and emotions sit within the body. By immersing in pure therapeutic sounds, we can start to shift blocked energy, which helps bring us back into a natural balance. Sound harmonises from within and can bridge healing across the physical, emotional and mental bodies.

Whilst you lay on the floor or relax in a seated position, you will be able to receive the benefits of sound. You will find them deeply relaxing, releasing, nourishing and transformative. You will also have the opportunity to engage in the sound journey and learn some sound healing techniques that can help you to maintain the sense of peace beyond the evening event and into what is typically a busy festive season.

Whilst the room will already be cocooned in reiki energy from the moment you step in, Hattie will also be offering hands on reiki to everyone who desires it whilst I lead the sound healing and meditation.  She will also tune in to the messages of the animal kingdom that wish to come through with some advice or guidance for us.  A potent combination of healing energies moving through you in the most perfect way.

I will also work with the energy of chosen plants and trees to enhance the experience further, creating a multi-sensory journey.

- Sound healing journey with your chosen intention connected to peace – guided by my intuitive use of the golden chalice, alchemy crystal bowls, drum, gong, chimes and other instruments.

- Individual and group reflection time with homemade refreshments at the end, for those who feel drawn to it.

Your Facilitators

My name is Lynda and I have spent the last 20 years helping others to shine their light in the world and live a life of inspired action, self love and joy, which I find deeply satisfying. I am qualified in hypnotherapy, sound healing, regression therapy, inner child healing, reiki and life coaching and I have a strong passion for essential oils and nature. As a mother of 2 teens, I understand the demands and rewards of balancing a busy life.

Hattie is an intuitive Animal Communicator and Reiki Master whose soul purpose is to serve our wonderful Animal Kingdom. Attuned to Egyptian Sekhem healing and Karuna Reiki, Hattie is able to offer a deep level of healing to all species (humans included!) helping us to reach clarity on a heartfelt level. She is wildly in tune with the animal world and serves as a bridge between animals and humans. With her teaching and empathy, she helps others to connect with the message from their animal friends. All of this helping humanity to resonate more harmoniously by giving voice to what we may otherwise not be aware of.

We ask that you bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket and cushion and wear layers to help keep you cosy during this experience. If you don't have a yoga mat, let us know and we'll bring one for you. You may want to bring a journal and pen to note down any insights that come to you. This event will take place at a very peaceful space above the Henge Shop at Avebury. We ask that you arrive between 6.20-6.30pm so that we start as close to 6.30pm as possible.
