This transformative practice harmonizes the physical, emotional, and mental bodies, guiding you back to a place of balance and peace. Whether you relax lying down or seated, you’ll feel deeply restored, refreshed, and re-energized as the sounds work their magic.

Essential Oil Blending Class – take home your creation

As part of this experience, I will guide you through a fun and interactive class on blending your very own master essential oil blend. This personalised blend will be crafted with the intention of amplifying the energy you wish to invite into your life. Not only will you leave with a beautiful, bespoke creation, but this aromatic blend will also serve as a powerful anchor, helping you carry the energy of the evening with you long after the event.

Your Facilitator
I’m Lynda, and for the past 20 years, I’ve been dedicated to helping others shine their light and live a life of joy, self-love, and inspired action.

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and layers to stay cosy, and feel free to bring a journal for any insights that come your way. The event will be held in a peaceful space above the Henge Shop at Avebury. Please arrive between 5:50-6:00pm to ensure we start on time.

This intimate event has limited spaces, so be sure to book early. Over-12s are welcome with an adult at a discounted price – it’s a beautiful opportunity to share this experience with your young ones!
