Nourish & Nurture Acupuncture Soundbath for the Autumn Equinox

There is a special energetic transitional period of two weeks between seasons, this provides us with an opportunity to reset. Nature is a spiral of growth that is reflected within us; we sow seeds, start plans, reap, harvest and release things we no longer need. 

The Autumn Equinox Acupuncture Soundbath will focus on keeping you connected and harmonised with the cyclical nature and flow of the seasons. We will leave behind late summer’s Earth Element to embrace the Metal Element of Autumn. Autumn is the time of letting go, re-evaluating ourselves, our lives and our needs. We will focus on building the immune system and keeping the whole body, mind and spirit in good condition for the colder months ahead. The energy of this exceptional space in Avebury combined with the power of acupuncture and the resonance and vibration of sound will nourish and nurture you with a focus on the virtue of letting go of that which does not support your true self.

Sound Healing

Sound bridges the physical, emotional, and energetic realms. Immersing yourself in pure, therapeutic vibrations helps to release stagnant energy and restore inner harmony. The resonance of sound can gently guide you into states of deep rest, clarity, and renewal.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient East Asian modality that uses ultra-fine needles placed on points within channels on the body. The channels are where the body’s life force (known as Qi) flows bringing life and health. If this flow becomes stagnant or blocked it leads to pain, discomfort, physical malfunction or emotional or spiritual imbalance.

The combined experience of sound healing and acupuncture can be immensely supportive and profound!

Your Hosts

Lynda has spent the last 20 years helping others to shine their light in the world and live a life of inspired action, self love and joy . She is qualified in hypnotherapy, sound healing, regression therapy, inner child healing, reiki and life coaching with a passion for essential oils and nature. As a mother of 2 teens, she understands the demands and rewards of balancing a busy life in a way that feels aligned to one’s values.

Lucy is a fully certified, licensed, and insured Acupuncturist who owns a private practice “Appleyard Acu” providing East Asian Medicine; Acupuncture, Fire Cupping, E-Stim, Ear Seeds & Gua Sha. Lucy is a member of the Acupuncture Association and is affiliated to the Acupuncture Federation. The treatments Lucy provides are designed and delivered to meet the lifestyle and needs of modern people. In addition to her 1:1 work Lucy also provides treatments to groups at events and festivals.
