Four Routes to choose from

Challenge Routes 26 & 37 mile routes with a maximum total climb of 4,000 ft
Family Routes new for 2020 much flatter Family route of 9 or 12 miles!

If you suffer from altitude sickness this event may not be for you, but if you want to push your boundaries on this fully supported cycle, riding around the top of the Pennines then come and cycle the HILLS of the EDGE

This is a challenging event but remember it is an EMpowered people Charity Cycle, so if you don’t want to climb the first hill we can arrange for our support vehicle to take you and your cycle up to the top of Blackstone Edge and then let you cycle back down, or you may choose to ride up one hill and stay at the Service area. You can pick and choose the route that best suits your ability.

The 3 Hills charity cycle challenge aims to promote the charity and its work, whilst promoting a cycling experience that is designed to test both able and disabled cyclists riding a

round the beautiful countryside of the Lancashire Yorkshire Pennine borders.

Please note: EMpowered people hold a liability insurance cover for claims against the charity. This does not cover any personal rider insurance cover, EMpowered people the charity recommends that all entrants make their own arrangements to take out their own personal cover for the above event.
All entrants under eighteen years of age must be accompanied throughout the ride and be endorsed by their accompanying adult guardian.
