THE SKIN & SOUL RESET: THE INNER GLOW EXPERIENCE is a 2.5-hour immersive journey designed to transform the way you understand your skin and your relationship with it.

Join Advanced Skin Therapist Ellen @skin.by.ellen  and Sound Healing & Workshop Facilitator Aoife @empoweredbyaoife for this Specialist Workshop combining clinical skin expertise with nervous system regulation and restorative sound healing to create a deeply holistic approach to skin health and wellbeing.

This is not a generic skincare talk. It is an intentional, guided experience that explores skin as an intelligent, individual system, shaped by internal health, lifestyle, stress, and emotional wellbeing.

The journey begins with a grounding welcome and intention setting, followed by a Skincare 101 masterclass led by Ellen, where you will learn the fundamentals of skin function, how to understand your skin beyond labels, and how to build a routine that supports long-term skin health.

You will also gain insight into advanced professional treatments including DMK Enzyme Therapy, Dermalux, and microneedling, and how these modalities support real, lasting skin transformation when combined with the right homecare approach.

The experience then transitions into a guided meditation led by Aoife, designed to release facial tension, regulate the nervous system, and support deep rest, followed by an immersive sound healing journey to promote restoration and balance. The session closes with a short integration and grounding moment to leave you feeling clear, calm, and reset.
