New Year Reset Sound Bath | Sunday 3rd January at 4:30-6pm

Start the new year by giving yourself space to pause, reset and reconnect. ✨

Join me for a deeply restorative crystal quartz sound bath designed to help you release the energy of the year gone by, quieten the mind and create space for what you want to welcome into the year ahead. Let the soothing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls guide you into deep relaxation as you rest, reflect and reset, leaving you feeling calmer, clearer and grounded.

A gentle opportunity to set intentions for the year ahead without pressure, expectations or resolutions. Just simply connecting with what feels meaningful to you.

No previous experience needed and come as you are. ✨

Please note: there is a 48-hour cancellation policy.
