Hypnobirthing Essentials Group Course

Hypnobirthing will help you to feel more confident and excited about your upcoming birth. I will provide you with information, knowledge and tools to help you feel empowered, in control and ultimately help you have a more positive birth experience. My course is a comprehensive antenatal training programme that is logical and simple to follow and just makes sense. It is centred upon building your confidence and releasing fear and preconceptions that you already have surrounding labour and birth. I will assist you in feeling calmer which will help you feel more comfortable during the birth of your baby.

This intensive course will cover the essentials and key elements of hypnobirthing and is ideal for those who don’t have time to complete the full course.

Cost is £95 per couple, you can secure your place with a deposit of £50. Spaces limited 💖
